Father´s day in China

The Chinese celebrate Father's Day on the eighth day of the eighth month of the year, that is, on 8 August. They chose that day because in Mandarin, the pronunciation of 8 and "August" is similar to the word "father". Even so, Father's Day is not a national holiday in the country, just a day to pay homage to gifts, cards, etc

June Party

According to historians, the feast has its origin in the worship of the pagan gods, but it has been influenced by Catholicism and today there is a strong association with Catholic saints such as St. Anthony, St. John and St. Peter
Food: With the popularization of the June festivals in Brazil, the diffusion of the elements connected to the party became more and more common. Typical foods are an example of this. In all regions, the product used to prepare the party goodies is basically the same: corn. Popcorn, canjica, pamonha, corn cake and curau are some of the delicacies served.
