Father´s day in China

 The Chinese celebrate Father's Day on the eighth day of the eighth month of the year, that is, on 8 August. They chose that day because in Mandarin, the pronunciation of 8 and "August" is similar to the word "father". Even so, Father's Day is not a national holiday in the country, just a day to pay homage to gifts, cards, etc
